I hired Emily to be our day of coordinator but she stepped in a bit before day of to help with vendor communication and that alone took the biggest weight off my shoulders leading up to the day. I knew she would catch anything I was forgetting and to ask questions I might not know to. She ran our rehearsal so efficiently and created solutions to any issues we came across.

Jay and Emily played such an important role in making our wedding weekend everything we dreamed it could be and more. From the very beginning, Emily was incredibly warm, kind, organized, and deeply dedicated to bringing our vision to life. Throughout the entire planning process, she was a steady source of support, guidance, and encouragement.
The rehearsal dinner was absolutely perfect, and Jay and Emily made an amazing team. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, allowing us to truly enjoy the evening with our family and friends. Jay prepared an INCREDIBLE meal- fresh shucked raw oysters, handmade pirogies, caprese skewers, and tuna wontons for starters. Filet, risotto, and broccoli for dinner. Absolutely delicious.
On our wedding day, Emily coordinated everything so gracefully and seamlessly. We felt completely cared for and were able to be fully present because we knew we were in such capable hands. She took the time to understand our vision, handled every detail with such care, and made the entire planning process feel effortless. Throughout planning we were living in a different state and Emily was fantastic with recommending vendors in our area, in constant communication with vendors and keeping everyone on track and in the loop! She knew more about our wedding day details than we did!
On our wedding day, she was absolutely incredible. She kept everything running smoothly at the venue, anticipated needs before we even knew we had them, and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every moment throughout the day. I was an anxious mess the day of, not because I didn’t trust everything would run smoothly, just anxious excitement! Emily was there every step of the way to calm me down. She supplied her Emergency Bridal Kit for me and even made an extra trip to go buy me gatorade and crackers to force me to eat something! I had a last minute first touch and chat with my husband right before the ceremony to calm me down, but it will not compare to the pep talk, guidance advice, smile and embrace that Emily gave me minutes before walking down the aisle that truly gave me peace! Her calm presence, expertise, and attention to detail made such a difference the day of!
