How many days? Most wedding weekends span 3 days (Friday–Sunday).
Where are your guests coming from? If many are traveling, allow buffer time for arrivals and downtime.
Budget & priorities: You don’t need an event every hour — a mix of planned activities and free time is ideal.

These are the must-have events that anchor the weekend:

If you are set on weighing yourself, then I suggest investing in a body composition scale, so you can see the breakdown of your body composition on your phone and understand the depths of your body changing.

Rest days are essential for muscle recovery and overall well-being. Make sure to incorporate them into your workout plan.
